Current mood: accomplished

Whee-ha...got over 600 miles on my girl. Ive driven my truck less than 3 miles in the 2 weeks that I've had her. Yea-hoo...I got more than 100 solo miles under my belt now, now I have like 700! I must say...I am really impressed with how far I have come in 2 weeks. To think I have been so intimidated by it...the unknown. I am so freakin' proud of myself! Still needs work, but a great improvement...don't have to think so much anymore. Actually, I'm a bit scared...because I'm not much scared. I've picked up speed a lot faster than I thought I would, and I have to keep reminding myself that just because I'm confident does not mean I have all the skills yet. Right now, I'm really working on my riding through curves at a good speed. I prefer the left side of lane, and my left curves aren't up to par yet. I think it is because that left side puts me real close to oncoming traffic and I'm scared of crossing over. A lot of our roads here are rutted from studded snow tires, so they are easy to get stuck in. I don't like that drifting feeling. That also cause it to be hard for me to go at it real well on freeway. I just keep plugging away and getting better and better.



I also took off my windshield as I prefer the cleaner look. I'm trying to tell the difference so I can see if I prefer off or on, for comfortableness. Write me and tell me your preference and why if you would. Thank you.
